Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframes are:

• Inside Dhaka: Same day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Next day delivery for orders placed later.
• Outside Dhaka: Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days depending on the exact location.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.

• Standard Delivery inside Dhaka: ৳ 60
• Standard Delivery outside Dhaka: ৳ 120
• Free delivery is automatically applied to all orders above ৳ 2000.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email.

You can also track your order in real-time by logging into your Ababil Shop account and navigating to the 'My Orders' section.

While we try our best to meet our promised delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
• National holidays or unexpected political strikes.
• Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout.

In such rare cases, our support team will notify you immediately regarding the revised delivery schedule.
