Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframes are:

• Standard Delivery inside Dhaka: Same day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Next day delivery for orders placed later.
• Standard Delivery outside Dhaka: Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days depending on the exact location.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.

• Standard Delivery inside Municipality: ৳ 50
• Standard Delivery inside Dhaka: ৳ 80
• Standard Delivery outside Dhaka: ৳ 120
• For orders weighing more than 3 kg, an additional charge of ৳ 10 will be added for each extra kilogram.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email.

You can also track your order in real-time by logging into your Ababil Shop account and navigating to the 'My Orders' section.

While we try our best to meet our promised delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
• National holidays or unexpected political strikes.
• Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout.

In such rare cases, our support team will notify you immediately regarding the revised delivery schedule.
